1. Applicability

These Terms & Conditions are applicable to any offer of Bottel and on any agreement between you and Bottel. All conditions are according to Dutch law.

Any deviating and/or additional stipulations can only be invoked after Bottel acceded in writing.

The terms and conditions can be changed at any time. The adjusted term and conditions take effect the moment the client places a new order. Through this order you directly agree on the adjusted term and conditions of Bottel.

 

2. Privacy

Bottel handles all received personal details according the privacy policy. Our privacy policy can be found via Privacy Policy Bottel VOF.

 

3. Intellectual property

All intellectual property with regards to the website, the programming, texts, visuals and audio are owned by Bottel and/or the licensee. Meaning it is not allowed to publish any website information, or to multiply and/or to adjust except for personal usage.

 

4. Information on the website 

The information on the website will be adjusted from time to time. In case you find any errors, we will be delighted when you share these with us. Please contact our service desk via hallo@bottel.beer. The website includes other website addresses. These specific websites have been selected accurately. However, we cannot be responsible for the content and function these websites.

 

5. Safety and age limit

In case you make use of the website or you place an order on the website, please use your email address as username and choose a password. The next time you will be able to use these log in details in order to enter the services of the websites. These details are private and we kindly ask you to handle these details confidentiality. Please do not share your personal details and only use them only on your own devices. We are aiming to operate with a virus free website, however we are not able to guarantee this.

Only persons of 18 years old and older are able to register at the website and place orders.

In case we presume that a consumer is under the age of 18, Bottel is allowed to cancel the order. Payments done will be returned to the consumer.

If any doubt occurrs about the age of the consumer during delivery, Bottel is able to request to show their identity card. The consumer should be able to proof the minimum age of 18 years old. If not, Bottel can cancel the delivery.

 

6. Agreements

After you have placed an order and you have received a conformation email with all order details an agreement between you and bottle has been made.

 

7. Prices, discounts and delivery costs

All prices on the website include VAT and exclude delivery costs, deposits on the Bottel (bottle) and any other taxes or any fees, unless otherwise specified.

For all products, you will pay the price of the article at the time of settlement of your order. That price may not reflect the current price on the website at the time you receive your articles.

Bottel charges delivery costs and these costs can vary depending on the chosen delivery moment.

All promotions are only valid for the orders via the website and dues only for orders in the stated promotion period.

It can be possible that any stated prices and visual features are incorrect due to typing and/ or printing errors. In that case the actual prices and visual features prevail and you can not claim the order based on any incorrect stated information.

 

8. Delivery via Bottel

All the orders placed via the website will be delivered at the chosen address by Bottel itself or by any delivery partner.

At the moment the delivery services of Bottel are  limited to  Amsterdam (ZIP codes 1000 up to 1099), the Netherlands only.

All delivery time slots are available via the order page at the website, or you will be informed directly by Bottel. We aim to deliver in the agreed time slot. If agreed time slots are not met, Bottel always informs you about the changed delivery time, and the consumer is not allowed to cancel the order.

 

9. Delivery costs and deposit

For all deliveries a delivery fee will be requested. This fee can vary with the requested amount of bottles and depends on the requested delivery time by the consumer.

The delivery fee is shown at the  delivery time selection page. By to selecting a delivery time slot, you directly agree on the charged delivery fee.

All products are delivered in so-called Bottels, a bottle of 0.95L. For this bottle is a bottle deposit is charged as stated on the website.

For the next order you are able to indicate the return of used bottels. Bottel will reduce the deposit money from the next order. We are delighted when you could  clean the Bottel with hot water prior to the return.

 

10. The payment of the order

The customer is able to pay his/her order via IDEAL or on invoice. The possibility to pay via invoice is only for companies. Orders that are not accepted by the payment service can not be delivered. If the payment service does not accept the order, the consumer will be informed via the website page. The consumer should receive a conformation of the order. 11. Moment of delivery of your order

We request you to be at home at the agreed time slot in order to receive the order. In case you are not present at the agreed time slot the order may be delivered at the neighbours.

When you are not present at the agreed time slot and the delivery can’t be delivered at the neighbours, Bottel takes the order back. Bottel will contact you to arrange a new delivery time slot. For this Bottel is allowed to charge additional fees for this delivery service.

It is not possible to cancel an order via the website after the order have been accepted.

 

12. Returning and deposit fee

It is not allowed to return the  products since they are fresh products with a date of expiry.

 

13. Complaints procedure

In case the delivered products are damaged or do not meet the quality requirement, please contact the service desk within 24 hours. The contacts details of the service desk are: hallo@bottel.beer or 06-27003620.

Our servicedesk will make sure that the complaint will be handled in an orderly way.

 

14. Miscellaneous

All the products are meant for the end-user and it is not allowed to re-sell the products. Bottel has the right to cancel the order if any suspicion concerning reselling occurs.
